Our Dragons classes combine fundamental martial arts skills with games, exercise and learning. These classes are fun-filled, and exciting. We work on developing your child’s listening skills, teaching them how to focus, take turns, and make new friends, while they learn important safety lessons, and practice fun drills that teach them to do their best!

Our Youth classes have been carefully designed to meet the needs of younger children. We teach them basic social skills like respect, patience, courtesy, teamwork, and how to build a positive sense of confidence and self esteem. They'll develop healthy fitness habits as they learn the basics of self defense, personal safety, and non-violent conflict resolution.

Our Junior’s classes are specifically designed to meet the needs of older children as they navigate the "tween" years. We teach them how to stay focused on beneficial goals like getting good grades, responsibility, and a maintaining a positive self‑image, while they learn more advanced methods of self defense, how to deal with bullying, as well as how to avoid negative peer pressure!

Our Teen classes are designed to build confidence, self‑discipline, and teach teenagers how to set and achieve goals. These classes are all about preparing your child to succeed as they face the challenges of young adulthood.
